Products can be ordered for delivery within the Republic of Croatia, according to the conditions that apply to each delivery area. Delivery within the Republic of Croatia is carried out by a delivery service selected by A0 and is either charged or free, as specified during the creation of the order itself.

A0 undertakes to deliver the ordered product within 5 to 7 working days for all cities, except for islands where delivery is extended by 3 working days.

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms of use of the delivery service and is considered completed at the moment the product is handed over to the delivery service.
If a product sent to the customer or recipient is returned to the A0 warehouse because the delivery service failed to make the delivery, the customer will be notified by email and offered the following options:

• That the ordered product, upon the customer's request by email, be re-delivered to the customer's or recipient's address. In this case, the cost of re-delivery is borne by the customer if the delivery service's records show that the delivery was prevented due to the unavailability of the customer, i.e., the recipient of the ordered product.

• That the ordered product be picked up at an address agreed upon with the delivery service, with a prior telephone arrangement for the pickup time.

• That the ordered product be personally picked up at the A0 d.o.o. warehouse.

When A0 delivers the product to the customer or recipient via the delivery service, the customer or recipient is obliged to accept it by signing the delivery note, thereby confirming that the product has been duly delivered.
